Seeking Justice for the Victims & Survivors of the Marlin City Animal Shelter

We are a group of concerned citizens dedicated to bringing justice for the starved and murdered dogs that were subjected to horrific cruelty at the city animal shelter in Marlin, Texas. These innocent dogs were allegedly starved to death intentionally, left to rot in their own urine and feces. We believe that there needs to be accountability for this inhumane treatment and we are committed to fighting for the rights of these animals by ensuring Texas Penal Code 42.092 is upheld. Animal cruelty is illegal in the state of Texas and across our nation.

This website offers factual information and evidence gathered from hours of group research through city and county public records, Texas laws and regulations, firsthand witness testimonies, community outreach and more. The tabs above offer additional information on the discovery of the alleged animal cruelty crimes at the Marlin Animal Control Center (MACC), facts and public evidence gathered so far, stories on the individual dogs, and different ways to get involved such as signing and sharing petitions and attending community rallies.
